Each time we reach out to Crosby & Henry Agents we receive prompt and focused answers and solutions to the reasons for the call and assistance on getting the insurance if called for. We have also received complementary call from some customers of International Diamond Custom Jewelers Arleen's Jewelry Store in Troy and friends for the excellent service and assistance in getting the insurance they wanted. Some have even switched their to Crosby & Henry as their insurance agents for other insurance on their assets.

The end of August we were unfortunately hit with a tornado. Citizens insurance was very prompt in coming out and assessing the damage we had to our trees and dwellings. We also received a check in the mail very promptly for damages that occurred to our house and garage.
